ABOUT MY JOURNEY
I am a spiritual teacher, author, natural intutive and transpersonal hypnotherapist currently living on Grand Bahama Island. In 1989, after a dramatic, life-changing spiritual awakening, I was propelled onto a path of deep self-inquiry and forced to acknowledge and transform fear, understand the psychological changes that were taking place and embrace the courage needed to assimilate an expanded state of consciousness.
On the astral planes and in lucid dreams I also began receiving powerful initiations and training in Tibetan, Yogic and Native American Shamanic techniques. I was instructed how to do lucid dream and energy retrieval work and assess subtle body imbalances in order to initiate healing for myself and others.
To understand the far-reaching effects of this incredible transformation, I studied diverse mystical paths and traditions while my outer journey took me to an ashram in India, stranger-than-fiction life in the Ukraine and to my great surprise back to another island in the Bahamas. And while my inner and outer worlds were both dissolving and expanding, I was always engaged in a busy and challenging professional working life.
In the courses on offer here and in my writing, I have distilled unity consciousness teachings and shared accessible tools for transformation based on direct, personal experience.
